Who is responsible for the case
Public responsibility for every case rests with the partners of the association — advocate Yevhen Solodko and advocate Yevhen Shkuridin.

We do not publish the full composition of the team. In criminal defence the composition of the team is a matter of security — both for the advocates and for the clients.
Each case is led by a partner or an advocate of the association. Behind them works a team whose composition is determined by the nature of the proceedings.
8.1.3Limit of
publicity

We do not use clients’ cases as advertising material. Confidentiality matters more than a portfolio put on display.
That is why this site carries no list of cases won, no names of clients and no figures. When we publish analysis, it is legal conclusions with sources, not clients’ stories.

Defend24
The association created Defend24, a digital service for calling an advocate in an emergency. It is a product of the association, not a separate firm: behind it stand the same advocates who run the cases, and the same responsibility.
