Responsibilities
Preparing procedural documents and legal positions in criminal cases; analysing case materials and case law; compiling and maintaining advocates’ dossiers; participating in court hearings and investigative actions; communicating with clients and law enforcement bodies.
Requirements
A completed higher education degree in law; thorough knowledge of criminal law and procedure; a certificate of the right to practise as an advocate; at least two years of professional experience — experience as a judge’s assistant or equivalent skills is an advantage; proficiency with Microsoft office applications and cloud services; readiness to work overtime and travel on business.
